Job Description
We are seeking a self-motivated individual to join our team in Hong Kong.
Job Responsibilities:
- Primarily conduct client onboarding procedures, including AML/CFT and KYC.
- Provide administrative support in the corporate trustee and corporate finance areas.
- Assist with ad hoc projects and research as required.
- Transactional case management support.
Key Requirements:
- Diploma or degree in legal studies.
- Min. 2 years of experience in large corporate, restructuring, legal or corporate finance. experience in a bank or non-bank financial institution, law firm, or funds.
- Familiarity with corporate finance documents.
- Possess practical understanding & the due diligence process and anti-money laundering requirements.
- Self-motivated, dedicated and outgoing team player.
- Excellent communication skills (written and spoken) in English is essential.
- Proficient written and spoken Mandarin skills ideal.
