What you will do for Siemens Smart Infrastructure: Our Smart Buildings help to create efficient, safe, responsive, and responsible environments. This position establishes the foundation for our customer’s service and digital experience by focusing on account management, installed base (iBase) administration, and maintenance planning. Responsibilities: For CSAs focused on account management, serve as the main customer contact for assigned agreements. Manages accounts for assigned service agreement customers (generally these are smaller accounts, <10K Fire/Security, excluding monitoring) to drive outstanding customer satisfaction, account growth and retention. Manages the overall delivery of services, ensuring financial performance, CSI and customer satisfaction. Ensures the timely delivery of planned maintenance and reactive calls to meet customer expectations. Works closely with Sales and Renewal Coordinator to ensure service agreement renewals are renewed on a timely basis. Schedule Sales/Ops turnover and Notify RSS of cRSP connection. Reviews booking package and gathers system information (MICT, TAP, etc.) Validates equipment list, reviews maintenance schedule with customer, and conducts quality assurance calls with customer.
