About The Role: This role requires a self-starting capable team player with business and IT skills and the ability to effectively communicate with business contacts as well as the technical teams. They must be able to work in a professional manner with clients and at all times remain focused on key cloud support goals, primarily standardization of the service, financial effectiveness and client satisfaction.
Responsibilities:
1-3 years of experience in Monitoring and Incident Management.
Experience working with IaaS & PaaS Cloud platform
Knowledge in virtualization ( Hyper- V, VMware) in a SaaS environment preferred
Experience in monitoring Servers, Applications & Network devices using monitoring tools like PRTG, Zabbix, AppDynamics.
Knowledge in Windows administration, Networking concepts, DB administration
Basic Knowledge on Active Directory, DNS, DHCP
