The Ideal Candidate! As part of the Xcelerator Academy team, publish the On-demand and Instructor-led material produced across the Xcelerator Academy Portfolio. Ensure quality of published material is up to standard. Act as gatekeeper for all assets related to the published material. May also fill specialty roles within a business segment curriculum related to production of graphic images to illustrate complex concepts. Key Responsibilities: Publish all On-demand and Instructor-led training material. Streamline and improve the On-demand and Instructor-led release and publishing process. Adhere to “Next Gen” curriculum development processes and standards. Work under light supervision. Work on projects/assignments of moderate to complex scope, making key decisions for the project/assignment. Required Knowledge/Skills, Education, and Experience. Adult learning formal training or equivalent experience. Quickly acquire new technical and software knowledge and able to share with others effectively. Proactive, creative and strategic thinking. Possess analytical capabilities, customer orientation and team working, presentation and communication skills. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Passionate about producing high-quality and engaging learning content. Excellent English language skills.
