Job Responsibilities

  • Collect the information of target companies, carry out analysis according to the requirements of the client, and have a good understanding of the job description (JD);
  • Search for qualified candidates relevant to the JD and the talent sourcing proposal provided by the consultant;
  • Support the consultants with the selection of potential candidates, provide the client with CVs and briefing;
  • Keep regular communication with the clients and the candidates, e.g. interview arrangement, feedback follow up, reference check etc.
  • Follow up the performance and career development even when the candidate is already placed successfully, to ensure the quality of the service we provide for the clients and the candidates.

Who you are

  • You hold a Bachelor's degree or above.
  • Business English (both spoken and written)
  • You may have already started your professional career, either in an industry relevant to your degree, or in a customer centric role such as account management or sales.
  • You have excellent networking, communication and problem-solving skills and you're motivated by building strong connections.
  • No stranger to hard work, you're a team player who also knows how to have fun.
  • You're ambitious and results-oriented, with a desire to become the best in a fast-paced business environment.
