Email and Letter• Attend & handle inquiries via email and letter:
a) to ensure that customer inquiries are handled timely within specific process requirements with responses that are clear and easy for customer
b) to meet productivity targets assigned by supervisor
c) to meet quality requirements and seek ways to improve work competency and efficiency.
Customer Feedback & Enquiries
• Handle and Escalate Customer feedback:
a) to ensure that feedback & complaints are handled fairly and
effectively; with resolution that are clear, simple and easy for customer
b) to meet turnaround time within process guidelines and escalate issues in accordance to process guidelines.
• Participate and provide feedback/suggestion in training to improve quality of work and to ensure consistent high performance.
• Display good customer centricity throughout the course of employment.
Administrative duties
• Provide administrative support to ensure efficient Customer Correspondence operations through internal systems: Ariba or Concurr.
• Supports the department and its employees through a variety of tasks related to group communication and internal team engagements.
• Ensure that office supplies are enough and adequate in each room in the office.
• Attend to requests for extra office supplies while ensuring requests are of sound and valid reason before obtaining extra supplies requested.
• Responsible for general office maintenance which includes electrical supplies, air-conditioning, furniture and escalate any issues to the corporate administration who will then co-ordinate with the office building maintenance.
Management Reporting
• Compile regular or ad-hoc reports/statistics for analysis and detail actionable items to close gaps timely and effectively.
• Lead reporting initiatives as and when assigned.
