Senior Business Process Engineer

Responsible for business process documentation & design processes for Cloud Operations. The role will involve liaison with other functional and business professionals across the RWS community.

Key tasks:

· Working closely with respective business functions to understand and document business processes

· Good knowledge in MS Visio and Microsoft Office suite for design, analysis and reporting purpose

· Design new processes for the organization and contributing towards solving process-related challenges that the organization may encounter.

· Map out any existing process in the organization and design new ones towards improving business process.

· Define process documentation standards & guidelines and ensure team’s adherence to the same

· Analyze information, collecting data, researching processes, and holding meetings

· Identify process gaps and opportunities to standardize and improve processes

· Oversee process documentation, perform quality review of work completed and ensure adherence to process guidelines

· Training personnel on business processes

· Process audit and compliance

· Work on implementation of organizational certificates when required with collaboration of other departments

Experience required:

· Degree Qualified

· ITIL Intermediate knowledge preferred

· Experience in designing business processes for organization and knowledge in excel to work on reports

· Process Compliance
