Associate Data Analyst

The Business Intelligence team provides online and interactive reporting across multiple systems and data sources in SDL, providing 360o views of our data in near real-time.

We are recruiting for an Associate Data Analyst to support our Business Intelligence team within SDL. This is a great opportunity for someone with an analytical mind, who’s passionate about data.   In this role you will collect numerical information and present results.  Usually this would be in the form of graphs and charts but also in diagrams, tables and reports, but may frequently include cleaning, transforming or modelling the data with the purpose of understanding or making conclusions from the data for decision making purposes.   You will need to be comfortable communicating your conclusions to key business stakeholders and end users. 

Responsibilities
* Creating dashboards and reports from our data
* Interpret data, analyse results and help our business stakeholders to articulate actionable insights
* Work closely with our data team to ensure accurate and timely data
* Filter and “clean” data, and review reports, and performance indicators to locate area for concern
* Work closely with management to prioritize business and information needs
* Locate and define new process improvement opportunities
