This exciting role offers opportunity to: Take low risk new projects from concept design, through project design, and process consideration to final product definition. Communicate with leader and finish design modification according to plans Instruct &support product 3D model and 2D drawing drafting. Collects and evaluates product data during product develop process and analyzes it with feedback to engineers. Work effectively with cross functional teams, using a variety of professional references, investigates and recommends straightforward solutions to problems. Strengthen and enhances technical skill sets initially acquired through formal educational courses. Study the engineering and products of competitors. Technical support to marketing and customers, Identifies & specifies product needed Inform supervisor/manager regularly on work progress, cost, risk, scope redirection needs and stay in collaboration with supervisor. Must be a strong team player. Take responsibility of design, can be independent in design and problem solving. Technical leader for drafters, training them and give them daily support and help on drawings, products. Qualifications Bachelor’s degree/Master's degree for mechanical engineering Years of experience required ：1~4 years Familiar with mechanical design, better in the same industry Soft skills：Inventor, word, Excel, PP Yes!
