Associate Dir-Product Engineering, Advanced Development, K&B Group

BASIC FUNCTION

Coordinates the efforts of engineering work and ensure the timely and qualified delivery of these works for Sanitary products as designated. Coaches junior engineers on product design, development, and improvement.

SPECIFIC RESPONSIBLITIES

• Be responsible for seeking new technology and leverage opportunities for new business or business growth.

• Define advanced development strategy.

• Conduct advanced development feasibility study and analysis.

• Initiate advanced development projects.

• Be responsible for advanced project process management including scope initiative, gate control, etc.

• Define advanced development capabilities and enablers strategy.

• Develop external advanced development capabilities.
  

RELATIONSHIPS AND CONTACTS

Supervisory Relationships:

• Directly report to VP-INTERNATIONAL ENGINEERING, K&B GROUP

  External Business Relationships:

• External contacts with Supplier, Contractor

Skills/Requirements

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS

• Bachelor degree in an engineering discipline. 8 or more years of related work experience.

• Past results include successful cross-functional project leadership.

• Personality / Attitude: Team cooperation, Self-directed, Positive work attitude
