Job Description
  • Lead consumer research and insights for casino operations and casino marketing
  • Support effective systems/ tracking systems to evaluate and monitor effectiveness of different initiatives implemented.
  • Lead on- going feedback system to improve services provided.
  • Lead benchmarking initiatives and sharing of best practices across competitors
  • Support Premium Mass department planning process to ensure an integrated approach to their Action Plan
  • Design, coordinator and execute strategic qualitative and quantitative research projects
  • Provide a strong, objective perspective on the voice of the casino consumer, and support in identifying and prioritizing opportunities related to casino marketing strategy, product, service optimization and communications
  • Ensure that all outputs are actionable, grounded in consumer knowledge
  • Convey findings, through both written reports and presentations, in a concise and compelling way to ensure its successful implementation

Position Requirements
  • Bachelor or Master Degree in Business or social Sciences
  • 6 – 8 years’ of experience in related area, 3 – 4 years’ experience in Managerial Level
  • Experienced designer of research set ups, across different methodologies
  • Experienced user of statistical analysis software such SAS or SPSS
  • Good report writing and presentation skills, along with exceptional listening skills
  • Excellent interpersonal skills with a positive and cooperative attitude that fosters collaboration and teamwork both inside and outside the department
  • Good leadership skills with experience managing and developing Team Members
  • Experienced user of statistical analysis software such as SAS or SPSS
