We are currently looking for an Authorized Person for our Architecture group who will lead our statutory compliance requirements, assist in business development, team management and statutory mentoring.

Job Responsibilities:

• Lead the Statutory Team for local GBP and other governmental submissions
• Assist in business development, team management and statutory mentoring
• Assist, lead concept design, design development and project delivery
• Work with Arup In-house Engineering teams of Fire Engineers, Building Engineers, etc. and provide AP leadership
• Lead setting up of statutory standards, quality managements and automation of statutory processes
• Occasional travel within region

Job Requirements:

• HKIA / RIBA qualification or equivalent with 10 years of post-qualification experience
• Authorised Person (Architecture) with a minimum of 5 years post qualification experience
• Proven track record of leading General Building Plan submission to the Buildings Department for all building typologies in Hong Kong
• Knowledge of International regulation is a bonus
• Experience in Infrastructural / Institutional / Government projects will be preferred
• Good design skill is a bonus
• Experience in contract administration and coordination
• Proficiency in both written and spoken English. Able to communicate in Putonghua will be an advantage

Candidates with less experience will be considered for the position of Associate.
