Key Responsibilities

1.     Lead a team of 6 associates

2.     Lead 0 to 1 new category/new product development thru process/technology design and development

3.     Lead new technology and process development by working with external manufacturing and inhouse supply team

4.     Lead process/technology design and development for “freedom to operate projects” in China and Globe

5.     Establish incubation model for agile test and learn purpose in China

6.     Review and Maintain global process standard and specification together with Global engineer team and suppliers

7.     Set up new technology required facility in Pilot plant to help technology development to lead R&D CAB projects.

 

 

Job Specifications/Qualifications

• Education & Professional Qualifications

Bachelor or equivalent in Food Science/Chemical/Biology/manufacture or related subject are preferred

• Knowledge / Experience -      

5+ year’s industry experience in R&D (product/pack/process/quality) within FMCG.

-       Strong project management experience (quality, efficiency and growth projects) with the ability to motivate and direct a technical team.

-       Experience of working in cross-functional project teams.

-       Experience in the consumer driven innovation and sensory data to develop product solutions

-       Deal with ambiguities and good strategic thinking

-       Experience of manufacture and supply chain solution translation capability

-       Excellent English in both listening and writing.

-       Good communication and team collaboration.

-       Ability to work in a fast paced and comfortable with business travel
