ABOUT THE ROLE
- Overall,15+ years of experience and 5+ years proven expert as an Agile Coach/Scrum Master with hands-on experience in Agile, Scaling Agile and DevOps to progress modernization efforts and foster DevOps culture and understanding.
- Demonstrated experience enabling teams to progress toward delivery goals using Agile and DevOps practices and coordinate with other non-agile teams involved in the effort.
- Subject matter expertise to ensure Agile values, practices, and ways of working are understood and enacted
- Educate employees at all levels, including senior, and at times business stakeholders, on Agile principles, providing them with tools for implementing the process in their own work.
- Responsible for guiding teams into the Agile methodology, providing employees with feedback and means of improvement, catalyzing organizational growth
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to manage internal and external communication and improve overall transparency throughout the organization
- Experience facilitating small and large group training sessions, including ability to build appropriate and relevant content to impart the knowledge with enthusiasm and passion
- Proven ability to coach Engineering and Technical practices such as XP and automation and well-versed on best practices across SDLC
- Proficient in establishing CI/CD and familiarity with one of many tool chain options and relative advantages of each
- Experience on integrating security and performance testing into DevOps pipeline
- Experience delivering Agile and DevOps coaching in organizations at different levels is required
- Fluent in English and ability to develop professional relations in a multi-cultural, global organization
ESSENTIAL SKILLS REQUIRED
- Strong consulting and facilitation skills in leading technical teams in the adoption and improvement of Agile frameworks and technical practices
- Effective engagement with senior leaders
- Ability to facilitate discussion, decision-making, and conflict resolution
- Possessing prior experience coaching teams in Agile adoption or as a Scrum Master
- Excellent listening and communication skills
- Strong relationship building skills, with a demonstrated ability to work independently
- Excellent training and presentation skills including the design of training materials
- Virtual learning and development design and delivery a plus
- Experience in the overall planning, organization, and execution of technology initiatives within Agile projects
- Awareness of build and virtualization approaches to facilitate delivery
- Working in a regulated industry a plus
