ABOUT THE ROLE

  • strategize service vision and strategy inline with R&D IT Strategic objectives/ Scorecard / IT 2025 vision
  • Drive Service Excellence and compliance towards regulatory and compliance requirements across teams
  • Robust management of Exceptions / CAPA's and periodic reviews
  • Liaise with capability teams and drive customer satisfaction ( pulse) scores for the R&D IT
  • Analyze data, trends and service information to define improvement initiatives, go-to Expert for Service best practice and improvements
  • Accountable for Service reporting, tracking and reporting progress against KPI's, adherence to DR, Backup processes
  • Drive continuous improvement with focus on Platform Maturity
  • Coach Platform teams for BizDevOps implementation
  • Liaise with capability teams and drive business value management framework implementation
  • Analyze data, trends and foster metrics based management culture
  • Effective Risk governance between Platform / Project and Service Teams
  • Communicate key lessons learnt across teams, collaborate for best practices sharing, continuous improvement
  • Design and implement the Service initiatives including tech-debt remediation,
  • Plan and implement strategies for operating, service and license cost optimization
  • Automate and Augment business process through hyper-automation strategies
  • Plan and implement productivity improvement strategies like Application modernization, rationalization, User experience

ESSENTIAL SKILLS REQUIRED

  • 16 to 22 years of IT ep. with atleast 10 to 12 yrs in SW Development processes, process change management, benefit realization
  • Comprehensive business knowledge( org structure, business function, process, procedure, goals measures, metrics)
  • Experience in successfully applying quality management, process improvement, problem solving tools
  • Experience in implementing and sustaining change/ improvements
  • Deep understanding of pharma and regulatory processes and requirements
