• Undertake consultancy projects including market studies, data analysis, site inspections, valuation preparation, report writing and presentation to clients
• Play a key role and manage team members for the successful execution of advisory assignments
• Maintain good relationship with existing clients
• Assist in driving the growth and business development activities of the advisory business including bidding and proposal preparation
• Any other assignments given by line managers

• A bachelor’s degree preferably in Real Estate, Business, Finance, Economics or other related disciplines
• At least six years’ experience in real estate consultancy or related business
• Prior experience in regional development, economic planning, industrial research or cultural/tourist real estate projects in South China
• Excellent writing and presentation skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, particularly in Word, Excel and PowerPoint
• Team management experience would be a plus
