The position is primarily responsible for the end to end strategy and governance of agency rewards, communications, registration & movements, benefits administration, budget administration, and business quality, to enable and strengthen the Unrivalled Distribution Strategy of AIA Ascend 200.Requirements/ Qualifications/ Experience
- Education – Bachelor’s degree holder in business management, economics, industrial engineering, or any field related
- Experience – Must have at least 12 years relevant work experience, with at least 7 years in a managerial position; with experience in channel marketing, project management, service delivery, and branding & communications, with good understanding and experience in Life Insurance products, operations, sales compliance, distribution channel, internal audit / investigation, regulatory and internal requirement to maintain above benchmark Business Quality and ethical sales practices
