Manage the transformation of existing data platforms to Cloud and the integration of the big data platforms to process unstructured data at scale, as part of AIA’s Technology, Digital and Analytics (TDA) and Ascend 200 Strategy

This role will be based in Hong Kong with a Groupwide scope and be responsible for the following:

• Manage the transformation of existing data platforms to Cloud

• Integration of the big data platforms to process unstructured data at scale.

• Build on our cloud migration journey, realizing value from emerging data technologies

• Providing the foundation for our transformational programs on digital, operational excellence, application modernization and analytics.

​ Financial and Non-Financial Measures:

• Completion of Big Data architecture and strategy

• Measurable progress to plan in data platform conversion

• Acceptance – both in demonstrable usage and user satisfaction metrics – of the platform by digital, analytical and operational
