• Lead and deliver the communication strategic priorities for J&J Vision Care
• Lead and deliver the communication strategic priorities for J&J Vision Surgical
• Serve as the Communications business partner for the general managers of both Vision Care and Vision Surgical business to support the business growth
• Identify and drive exposure synergy for both sectors so to drive the leadership position for J&J Vision
• Implement relevant global communications campaigns to drive stakeholder engagement
• Work closely with the Corporate Communications team by providing the stories of J&J Vision to drive the overall J&J reputation
• Work closely with the Content team to identify the most appealing stories of both Vision Care and Vision Surgical business for all J&J owned platforms
• Work with the Internal Communications team to drive the employee engagement for the Vision business
• Lead and drive the crisis and issue communications for the Vision business by working in partnership with the Corporate Communications team whenever needed

Qualifications

• Outstanding bilingual content writing skills, exceptional communication and coordination skills in a complex organization
• Minimum 8 to 10 years of experience in corporate / brand communications with a major MNCs or big PR firm, with significant work on international accounts
• Experience in healthcare sector communications in a bonus
• Demonstrated experience and ability in project management and strong time-management skills
• Ability to work independently and as a member of a team
• A combination of creative flair and attention to detail
• Advanced professional Chinese & English language proficiency
