Associate Director, Enterprise Digital Transformation manages very large and complex customer programs often incorporating multiple component projects. Delivers as single point of contact for the customer and often consult on strategic business aspects of their environment.
Provide overall program governance including all component projects and be accountable to Philam management for overall program success.

• Manage complex multi-function and / or global delivery relationships with senior and executive ("C" level) client management
• Accountable for managing, tracking and reporting on Philam’s Digital Transformation program: costs, benefits, outcomes, risks, issues, dependencies and financials.
• Manage very complex customer programs and all associated component projects
• Manage program and component project teams for internal and external resources
• Frequently represent the organization to external customers/clients
• Perform other duties as needed or assigned
• Manage and drive risk/issue resolution/escalation
• Facilitate cross-workstream communications
• Report progress to BU Steering Committee/ExCo
• Consolidate program progress and report to Group Technology Office (GTO) Transformation Office
