To support the ongoing medical affairs strategy for the Facial Aesthetics portfolio, we have a fantastic new role as part of our Global Aesthetics Medical Affairs (GAMA) team. You will be responsible for creating and implementing the GAMA strategy and tactics for the Facial Aesthetics portfolio in what is a dynamic and fast-paced environment. YOU ARE more than just a title, YOU ARE… A business collaborator – Building bridges with key stakeholders and breaking down barriers, whilst establishing a strong scientific presence in the global clinical communities. A strategic and tactical planner – key role in the development of and responsible for delivering the GAMA Facial Aesthetics medical affairs plan. A Project Manager – Delivery on GAMA projects such as advisory boards, medical affairs studies, training and scientific communication tools and activities. YOU WILL Be a trusted expert and partner – building and executing the medical strategy for the Facial Aesthetics portfolio of products. Be an expert in the science - contributing medical expertise to ensure clinical development, HEOR, publications, marketing, sales, and regulatory function strategies are in line with business and external expert needs. Be a compliance champion – Ensuring all GAMA activities are in line with internal and external legal, compliance and regulatory requirements. Qualifications Medical Affairs expertise gained in both in country and multi-country roles. Experience working in an above country, regional or global role Experience in developing medical affairs strategies such as executing medical affairs studies, publications and field-based medical affairs tactics. Practical experience and understanding of legal, regulatory and compliance guidelines governing non-promotional and promotional pharmaceutical activities at a local or global level Understanding of Good Clinical Practices, ICH guidelines, PhRMA code, FDA CFR, ISO, clinical research ethics, HIPAA and patient privacy laws. MD, PhD, Pharmacy or Nursing degree or equivalent.
