YOUR TASKS AND RESPONSIBILITIES

The primary responsibilities of this role, Associate Director Health Care Provider Campaign Marketing, are to: 

• Lead tactical development and deployment across specialties for Health Care Provider (HCP) disease and product education in digital and non-personal promotion;
• Leverage analytics to identify and implement metrics to gain market insights and measure performance on brand initiatives and programs with the goal of optimizing customer engagement strategy;
• Lead implementation within marketing team of Bayer campaign platforms;
• Assist in developing and executing marketing engagement strategy with sales team;
• Manage Professional Review Team process end to-end;
• Be highly knowledgeable of guidelines for HCP promotion and disease education;
• Manage Agencies and production vendors;
• Work closely with agencies to develop and deploy HCP facing communications plans;
• Understand how to develop content strategies and lead the agency to successfully meeting key communications objectives;
• Manage, actively, the HCP P&I (marketing budget);
• Manage agency scopes of work, POs, Agency Fees and OOPs etc.;
• Work closely with finance manager to ensure proper billing systems in place.

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree with at least five years of healthcare/pharma experience;
• At least three years of healthcare/pharma brand management or agency related experience;
• At least three years of experience with digital marketing;
• Experience working through the Medical/Legal/Regulatory review process;
• Demonstrated analytical and problem-solving skills and excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Advanced degree;
• Experience managing professional agencies and budgets;
• Healthcare/pharma sales experience;
• Cardiovascular or kidney disease or diabetes experience.
