AIA is looking to hire an experienced leader in the area of Partnerships, Community, Advocacy. The person will develop a Group wide ESG partnerships strategy and amplify visibility, influence and impact of AIA externally

Responsibilities:

• Support Head of Group Sustainability to build and execute a partnerships, advocacy and external visibility strategy for AIA with clear outcomes on immersion, visibility, influence and impact.

• Identify key partnerships for AIA and ESG:

• Strategic partnerships, leadership immersion & engagement, speakership opportunities -develop a full list of KOFs worldwide and in Asia and help to engage KOFs with AIA’s sustainability strategy

• Impact partnerships- for specific pillars e.g. Health & wellness in collaboration with Group marketing team to advance the Health & Wellness agenda/goals

• Market specific advocacy – support market teams for advocacy, policy influence, help identify key partnerships, speakerships, forums, onboard the market teams to participate and support with briefing

• Develop and support group/market teams that amplify deliver business impact through outreach AIA e.g. corporate solutions event

• Coordinate content and stories for ESG report and work with communications team to showcase AIA’s performance externally to be part of the influential media channels

• Find innovative and impactful opportunities to make AIA’s ESG work visible

• Outstanding spoken English, excellent written English, collaborate and work across global and local stakeholders at different levels of seniority, cultural fluency

Requirements:

• Degree in relevant disciplines

• Sustainability Partnerships, Advocacy, Communications experience – minimum 10 years

• Media relations, PR and corporate affairs experience – Desirable  

• Evidence of delivering impact through partnerships and advocacy

• Financial services experience: Desirable

• Networks in sustainability world: Desirable

• The role can be based in Hong Kong or Singapore
