The Associate Director, Duopa & ABBV-951 Patient Services Programs supports the Central Nervous System (CNS) Patient Services teams with their brand partners ensuring programs meet patient and provider needs. This position is the critical linkage point between US Commercial Brand Teams and US Patient Services for Duopa and ABBV-951. This role is responsible for overall Duopa/ABBV-951 patient support program performance and accountability including program strategy, design, brand alignment, execution, and performance. Major Responsibilities: Direct interface between the other Patient Services teams and their brand partners ensuring programs meet patient and provider needs Create the patient support strategies aligned to the patient / brand needs through cross functional team engagement Leads the cross functional team to implement the brand PSP strategy, monitoring execution and driving to program optimization and performance Accountable for Duopa/ABBV-951 initiatives and program performance Performs post-launch performance monitoring of patient support programs Builds strong relationships with Brand teams; is seen as a trusted advisor related to patient support. This role is the IBT lead for US Patient Services. Shares back relevant brand insights and updates with the CNS and Program Directors Provides input to the CNS Programs Directors for priority setting Empowers team to translate the CNS vision at a brand and TA level Delivers brand insights to other areas of Patient Services and refines the program strategy and execution based upon new insights Qualifications Qualifications Requires minimum of a bachelor’s degree in business or related field 7+ years of experience in healthcare 7+ years of experience working at a pharmaceutical company in areas of strategy and execution Preferred Neuroscience experience Strategic business acumen and a data driven mindset Deep understanding of CNS and associated brands, including competitive set and key business objectives Ability to align brand priorities, customers and needs and translate into design direction for PSPs Ability to work cross-functionally to gain alignment on customer needs, objectives and priorities, to optimize business and customer outcomes Ability to understand brand needs and trends to inform proactive business planning, prioritization and execution Experience in building relationships across internal and external teams Significant Work Activities Continuous sitting for prolonged periods (more than 2 consecutive hours in an 8 hour day) Travel Yes, 25 % of the Time Job Type Experienced Schedule Full-time Job Level Code M Equal Employment Opportunity At AbbVie, we value bringing together individuals from diverse backgrounds to develop new and innovative solutions for patients.
