The role holder provides cross-functional leadership of the China product team (CNPT).  This includes facilitating and contributing to the formation of product strategy options to be approved by the TA Head and once approved the execution of that strategy by the CNPT.  The holder will ensure cross-functional alignment of the CNPT for interactions with senior management, including project review meetings and the China Portfolio Management Committee.  The holder must also provide a strong link to the Global Product Team.  The holder is accountable for the delivery of multiple projects to time, quality and budget.  The holder should be able to run large projects independently and provide guidance to less experienced PMLs. The holder is also expected to contribute to projects/initiatives that have impact across portfolio.
