Our client is a listed company based in Hong Kong with good reputation for its mixed-use commercial projects in Hong Kong and China. With the upcoming new projects, the company is planning to expand its team and looking for creative and independent designer.

Key responsibilities:

• Responsible for feasibility, concept design, stakeholder engagement as well as presentation briefing
• Experience in public space development for a commercial tower
• Develop space planning concepts and generate program documents
• Experience in corporate/ workplace/ shopping mall/ hotel projects will be an advantage
• Cultivate new client relationships and deepen relationships with existing clients
• Confident and able to work independently and proactively
• Able to manage and prioritize multiple tasks and time efficiently
• Willing to travel for design presentation and project coordination
  
  

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Architecture or Interior design
• 10+ years of workplace design experience in international design firms
• Proficient in PowerPoint ,InDesign, AutoCAD, Photoshop and Sketch up;
• Confident in people management and leadership capability
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Good team player and time management to carry out the project by schedule
• Good command of written & spoken English or Chinese (Putonghua and Cantonese)
