Key responsibilities

• Early stages including feasibility, concept, stakeholder engagement and briefing
• Develop space planning concepts and generate program documents
• Experience in corporate/workplace/office/ shopping mall/ Retail projects will be an advantage
• Team leadership responsibilities
• Cultivate new client relationships and deepen relationships with existing clients
• Work independently and with initiative
• Participating in business development effort
• Able to manage and prioritize multiple tasks and time efficiently
• Willing to travel for design presentation and project coordination
• Be an integral part in the growth and success of the workplace Practice Area

Skills and experience

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture or Interior design
• 10+ years of workplace design experience in international design firms
• Design, Documentation and Delivery experience
• Proficient in PowerPoint ,InDesign, AutoCAD, Photoshop and Sketch up;
• Expert Knowledge of FF&E, color & materials
• Ability to work autonomously and solve problems independently
• People management and leadership capability
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Good team player and time management to carry out the project by schedule
• Good command of written & spoken English or Chinese (Putonghua and Cantonese)
