Our client is a one of the leading property developers in Hong Kong with continuous residential development portfolios in Hong Kong and China. 

Job Descriptions: 

• Manage and supervise the interior design team and external consultants for the interior design works 
• Work with Project team to execute and manage all the residential, club house, show flats and show room interior design works 
• Review tender documents and specifications and coordinate with contractors; consultants and suppliers
• Need to supervise the quality and workmanship of the show flats, show room and clubhouses
• Present design presentation to senior management and internal department
• FF&E selection and specification
• FF&E Procurement Requirements

Requirements:

• Degree in Interior Design, Interior Architecture or related disciplines
• Minimum 12 years' working experience in interior design and fitting-out projects, specialist in luxurious residential buildings
• Experience in property developers is highly preferred 
• Proficiency in AutoCAD, Photoshop and 3D max (is a plus)
• Good command in both written and spoken English and Chinese
