Key responsibilities

• Involving in early stages including feasibility, concept, stakeholder engagement and briefing
• Develop space planning concepts and generate program documents
• Leading design team and provide guidance to achieve team goals
• Responsible for managing new client relationships and deepen relationships with existing clients
• Work independently and with initiative
• Taking part and participating in business development
• Able to manage and prioritize multiple tasks and time efficiently

Skills and experience

• Bachelor's degree or above in Architecture or Interior design
• 10+ years of workplace design experience in consultancy or client’s side
• Experience in corporate/workplace/office/ shopping mall/ Retail projects will be an advantage
• Proficient in PowerPoint ,InDesign, AutoCAD, Photoshop and Sketch up;
• Capable to work autonomously and solve problems independently
• Excellent leadership experience
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Good team player and time management to carry out the project by schedule
• Good command of written & spoken English or Chinese (Putonghua and Cantonese)
