Job Description

• 配合团队参与大型项目，或独立完成小型项目；

• 组织和完成本专业的投资估算、招标文件、评标报告、合同文件、工程量清单、变更审核、结算审核及谈判等工作；

• 负责组织并参加招标答疑及询标问卷等工作及会议；

• 向客户和顾问团队提供“成本”、“价值”和“风险”的分析意见；

• 代表公司参加项目会议，主动提供专业意见；

• 能与客户、顾问单位、承包商、及实际咨询者进行有效沟通、交流、配合与协调；

• 负责项目任务的落实，保证任务团队工作效率和成果质量；

• 监督及培养年轻同事的职业操守和专业技能；

• 敏锐的数字触觉，协助建立数据库；

• 协助上级对团队进行管理；

• 向直属领导汇报工作。

Qualifications

• 具有国家承认的工程造价、建筑工程管理、或相关专业专科及以上学历；

• 具有造价咨询、建筑及施工行业8年及以上工作经验，及造价全过程管理经验；

• 熟悉不同采购策略与合同版本策略，能独立编写总包、分包和独立合同；

• 扎实的评标分析能力，能发现隐藏的风险并提供解决意见;

• 扎实的估算编制、成本分析、变更审核、中期付款审核、及结算谈判能力；

• 优秀的对外及对内的沟通、表达和演示水平；

• 有提供专业技术服务的意识和态度；

• 重视团队合作，有公平公正的专业处事态度；

• 优良的抗压能力，勇于接受挑战，对新事物和观点有较高的接受度。
