Job Description

  • Drives execution of tactical business plans with direction from a region business line leader for growth and profitability of regional business line, implementation and execution of global business line strategy and programs.

  • Drives regional business line business development activities, regional client management for business line and manages regional business line resources Provides input into strategic/operating plan.

  • May direct the work of associates performing different tasks under the same field.

  • Applies in-depth knowledge of all aspects of field of expertise, along with interpersonal and problem-solving skills.

Qualifications

  • Manage and lead a project team.

  • Organize meetings for project costing management and plan for work schedule, responsibilities allocation, and standard procedure of works.

  • Provide guidance and coaching to ensure the quality and efficiency of team’s works.

  • Supervise the work implementation of the project team, review and verify the subordinate’s work.

  • Liaise directly with the owners, consultants and contractors.

  • Attend all the related project meetings during consultancy contract period.

Additional Information

  • Bachelor degree or above, major in project costing, construction management, mechanical engineering, electrical engineering or other related disciplines.

  • At least 8 years working experience in cost consultation and building & construction industry and have rich experience in project budgeting of architectural and MEP works, local/ international bidding management process, project final account and full process of project costing.

  • Good organizing, management, communication and problem-solving skills.

  • Possess the registered cost engineer certificates or related professional certificates.

  • Proficient in written and spoken Chinese and English.
