We seek for passionate Associate Director for managerial position in Financial Planning & Analysis.
As a Associate Director you will be on managerial position and play an essential role in supporting the Commercial FP&A Director in creating the vision and implementing the strategy of the GFS centre along with building and managing the team. This includes building business knowledge and being an ambassador of the culture within GFS & Finance.
You will be managing and developing a team of approximately 16 analysts and responsible for the setting and agreeing objectives, coaching and mentoring analysts, senior analysts and managers in your team. People development and talent attraction/planning are key to the current and future success of the centre.
You will be required to work closely with the Commercial FP&A Director to ensure the delivery of timely and accurate reporting, provision of quality financial analysis and insightful commentaries to the business including reporting for the planning/budgeting cycles, and to develop and improve those same processes over time. You will be ultimately responsible for the customer relationship and service delivery framework and be the point of contact for business unit escalations.
You will drive for business standardization in process collaborating with the business, service delivery leads and other GFS centers.
Essential
Recognised Financial Qualification
At least 5 years of leadership experience working in a similar shared services and/or business environment
Significant relevant business and finance experience, notably in Financial Planning & Analysis
Management of a team (required)
Accounting experience
Strong commercial and business focus in a profit making organisation
Track record of managing complex business relationships
Ability to drive and manage change
Ability to think strategically and work with peers to create solutions for the Enterprise
A strong leader with excellent communication skills
Championed and lead continuous improvement initiatives in Finance
Fluency in English.
Desirable
Delivering and managing a Service Management Framework, creating a robust results oriented culture
Leading and managing the transition of countries into a Shared Services Operation and the integration of acquisitions
Good knowledge of finance transactional processes
Ability to speak more than one language
Living and working experience in different cultures
