Job Description

As an Associate Director of Business Development, you will support the provision of advisory services in areas of developing and maintaining relationships with new and existing clients at senior level using proper tools and best practice. Key Work content includes:

New Business /Clients Development
新业务/客户拓展

-   Proactively develop new clients and dig out client needs at senior level based on Corporate’s strategy;
根据公司的重点业务发展方向,挖掘项目信息,积极开拓新客户;

-   Establish cooperation with real estate developers / government / investors;
建立与地产开发商、相关政府机构以及相关机构投资者的合作渠道;

-   Implement the negotiation with clients for advisory business
跟进咨询项目的商务洽谈

Existing Business /Clients Maintenance
现有业务/客户维护

-   Maintain existing clients at senior level;
维护现有重点客户关系;

-   Acknowledge and lead business needs from clients. Supply solution based on the needs;
向现有客户提供相关的解决方案,了解并引导客户需求;

-   Implement the negotiation with clients for advisory business
跟进咨询项目的商务洽谈

Qualifications

  • 8-10 years experiences in real estate consulting environment, and been engaged in commercial real estate / industrial real estate / regional development / investment research
    8年-10年房地产咨询行业从业经验,在商业地产/产业地产/区域开发/投资研策等相关领域拥有丰富项目经验
  • Solid business development skills with solid relationship with key real estate clients like developers / governments / investors
    出色的业务拓展能力,与房地产开发商、政府机构以及机构投资者具有良好的关系
  • Sound analytical skills. Full of reporting /debriefing experiences.
    良好的逻辑思维及口头表达能力,具有丰富的项目汇报经验,能够高质量完成大型/重要汇报
  • Strong team spirit
    积极的协作精神与团队意识
