The opportunity

This proactive sales professional, preferably with experience in the hospitality or tourism industry, will report to the Executive Assistant Manager – Commercial, and assist plan for and deliver on the annual sales plan and therefore resort revenue goals.

 

The best fit for our business is someone with a tactical approach to the acquisition of major business opportunities and also enjoys working closely with the resort’s sales and operational teams to successfully manage the implementation of that business.

• A good mix of sales know-how, commercial sensibility and authentic leadership
• Adept at negotiating contractual terms and conditions
• Genuinely good at communicating, collaborating and energising the team
• An analytical mindset, focused on driving commercial outcomes for the business
