JOB DESCRIPTION

• Maximize room revenues by optimizing occupancies during need periods and still protecting the average rate

• Implement business plans on acquisition, retention, and development of new accounts.

• Account management of Corporate accounts with potential for transient and group segments

WORK EXPERIENCE

• University/College degree in a related discipline required

• Minimum of three (3) years with Senior leadership experience within sales required

• Demonstrates understanding of hotel financial reporting and key performance indicators
