• Develop comprehensive understanding of the whole industry, also essential understanding of client products and social business model. Identify the market position of client’s products accurately;
• Demonstrate proficiency in writing basic documents required in the agency business (e.g. emails, summaries, minutes, media releases, pitch notes);
• Ensure smooth logistics and coordination for client meetings;
• Develop positive relations with key media/influencers, solid media relationship skills with business and consumer media. Possession of own media resource;
• Able to understand media/influencer opportunities based on knowledge of stakeholders to develop innovative/quality media pitch angles or proposals;
• Be a responsible team player, identifying personal issues and providing solutions to promote the standard of work;
• Contribute personal input to improve existing templates. Support team in the logistical co-ordination of new business pitches;
