Qualifications • Work with your team and others, contributing to the architecture, design, and implementation of world class, high-performance, enterprise grade server applications. • Provide work estimates and conduct design, implementation, and code reviews • Author high-quality, unit-tested code • Work with the quality team to ensure adequate and appropriate test case coverage • Coach and mentor team members, assisting them in technical and process areas • Drive process improvements within the software development team '• Excellent object-oriented design and programming skills, including the use of design patterns • Experience in an Agile design methodology • Strong problem solving and software debugging skills • Utilization of best practices in software engineering • Excellent verbal and written communication skills including the ability to explain technical concepts • Experience in software development process improvement • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related field ' - Very good communication skill - Able to lead Dev efforts from technical perspective - Able to think outside of the box in terms of process innovation - Very good at managing multiple tasks - Very good at understanding and prioritizing tasks, issues and work What you will get from us Eaton’s mission is to improve the quality of life and the environment through the use of power management technologies and services.
