Chute Yield Engineer Role

• Monitor and analyse yield at Wafer Sort and Final Test and identify causes of low yield and drive improvements.
• Review material held at Wafer Sort and Final Test and determine the disposition of this material.
• Perform data extraction and data analysis to carry out correlation, prediction and regression analysis to improve yields and reduce costs.
• Work with cross department teams to solve problems across multiple disciplines including Semiconductor materials, Semiconductor devices & circuits
