Location Enlighted – A Siemens Company’s Global Technology Center, Chennai Role Engineer – Technical Support Experience 3 – 5 years Educational Qualification BE /B.Tech – Any Specialization Responsibilities • Provide support to Enlighted's customers across the globe through various channels like Voice, Email and Chat. • Answer customer queries on Enlighted's products, solutions, warranty, etc. • Remotely troubleshoot, resolve technical issues and problematic situations at customer sites. • Provide periodical reports to managers. • Participate in creating self-help resources and knowledgebase for customers. Candidate Profile • 1-4 years’ Experience in handling technical support • Strong in Web Applications, Linux & Network troubleshooting skills • Good at Analyzing logfiles and being proactive issue identification • Knowledge of Java, SQL, Postgres Database based technical troubleshooting. • Good Networking, firewall, Routers & Switches Knowledge. • Hands on Experience with Ticketing tools like Remedy, Service Now, Freshdesk or Zendesk • Understanding of Cloud concepts using Google Cloud Platform or Amazon Web Services. • Knowledge on IoT, Cloud & Data Analytics is an added advantage • Excellent Communication skills with good analytical and problem-solving skills. • Open to work in 24x7 shifts Organization: Smart Infrastructure Company: Enlighted Energy Systems Pvt Ltd Experience Level: Early Professional Job Type: Full-time
