Responsibilities :
- Assist Project Manager to oversee all logistic and organization of the event
- Manage the event planning and operations with an integrated perspective, connecting operational interfaces with 3rd party vendors and different departments to ensure the smooth running and maintain the best Disney quality on all aspects
- Attend champion meetings and develop varies plans to meet schedule and budget
- Handle onsite coordination and drive rectification with different departments
Basic Qualifications :
- University graduate in any discipline
- At least 4 years practical experience in marketing, event production and management, capabilities in orchestrating multi-tasks and coordination with different departments and vendors
- Able to quickly solve for problems relating to determining alternatives needed to satisfy clients, internal teams, external vendors, and Company leadership
- Effective interpersonal skills to interact with different teams and vendors to uphold the business direction of the event
- Strong verbal and written communication skills in English, Cantonese, and Putonghua
