You will support the management of the Executive Office of Siemens Real Estate (SRE) in all tasks related to the preparation of internal and external appearances of the SRE CEO to communicate SRE's mission, added value, services and specific business-related topics, e.g.: You will work closely with various stakeholders within the SRE to thoroughly understand relevant business topics, with the aim of creating concise summaries and/or entire presentations that contain the key messages for the respective recipient. You independently design creative presentations for the SRE CEO, e.g. for global SRE business conferences or meetings with local SRE teams You independently support the respective business manager in ensuring the quality, consistency, and "storyline" of the presentations for internal customers or the Managing Board of Siemens AG You will participate in the preparation of the annual "strategy paper" for coordination with the CFO of Siemens AG and independently develop content for it You will be responsible for designing SRE's global knowledge platform (Sharepoint) and ensure that all related content is up-to-date and easily accessible to users; in addition, you organize the necessary updates of the "framework" (webbook containing all relevant business and organizational knowledge) You will design activities to promote networking and team building (personal/virtual) within the SRE community and implement them together with SRE Communications You are significantly involved in the content, organization, and smooth running of the annual SRE Business Conference (approx. 80-100 participants on site, as well as virtual transmission for all SRE employees) Occasionally, you will have the opportunity to be involved and work on cross-departmental projects on relevant SRE topics and be responsible for your own small projects within the Executive Office You will become part of the Executive Office of SRE; This will give you a comprehensive insight into the overall business, strategic developments and key issues and will be able to build a broad network within the organization That's what you bring with you.
