上海迪士尼度假区正在寻找一位助理财务分析（支付卡管理）来支持迪士尼的支付卡管理领域，直系领导为支付卡助理财务经理。该候选人需要在快节奏环境中工作，协助完成客户信息维护、采购发票、日常开具发票，确保开票金额准确，确保发票管理遵从国家及公司的 规范及要求。支持应收款项/支付卡管理的其他日常工作。

Shanghai Disney Resort is seeking an Associate Financial Analyst (Payment Card Management, or “PCM”) to support SHDR’s CCM function. Reporting to the PCM Manager of Finance, the ideal candidate will thrive in a fast-paced environment, will assist team to maintain master data of customer, purchase VAT invoice, issue invoice/fapiao according to billing, ensure the accuracy of fapiao/invoice, ensure compliance with company policy and external regulation. Support adhoc daily tasks of receivables or payment card management.

主要职责Key Responsibilities

• 负责开票准备，并开具发票；

• 申请红冲发票并追踪整个过程；

• 核对系统中的账单与已开的发票；

• 维护SAP和发票系统中的客户信息。

  
  

• Responsible for the preparation and issuance of invoice/fapiao;

• Apply for red invoice/fapiao and trace whole process

• Reconcile between invoiced/fapiao issued and billing in book.

• Update Masterfile of customer in SAP and fapiao system.

资格要求Required Qualifications

• 有发票管理相关的税务知识。

• 有良好的责任感，良好的共同技巧 及团队精神。

• 熟练使用excel和word。

• 仔细，严谨，诚实且可靠。

• Have tax knowledge relating to invoice/fapiao .

• Sense of responsibility, good communication skills and teamwork.

• Good Excel and Word Skill.

• Be careful, Serious-minded, honest and reliable

  
  

期望资质Desired Qualifications

• 银行、会计或金融专业的本科及以上学历；

• 较强的合作能力；

• 关注细节；

  
  

• Bachelor degree or above degree in Bank, Accounting or Finance;

• Demonstrated strong partnering skills;

• Demonstrated strong attention to detail;
