Successful candidates will be expected to teach undergraduate and graduate courses in the School of Design and Arts, as well as holding regular office hours, and participating in extracurricular activities on a regular basis. 30–60 days on-campus teaching is required each semester. The faculty member will also be expected to participate in research and services at BIT, and collaborate with internal and external research partners and organizations. In addition, successful candidates will help develop, guide and implement new curricula in the School of Design and Arts with efforts to improve teaching-learning strategies, course structures, and talent cultivation.
