Fund Services
Key Responsibilities
- Arrange settlement in global security markets
- Follow up with fund houses and custodians to resolve settlement issues
- Set up security master
- Handle daily compliance checklist
- Conduct price feed with Equities and Bonds by collecting information from service providers and inputting correct prices data
- Prepare instructions for settlement, deposit and Forward Forex settlement
- Obtain and collect information of corporate action from custodian agents and data quotation systems
- Assist in handling corporate action and funding arrangement
Requirements
- Associate Degree or Degree Holder is preferred
- Fresh graduate will also be considered
- Detail-oriented with good interpersonal skills
- Proficient in MS Excel
- Willing to learn
- Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese
