Process authorized claims transactions within the required benchmarks

Job Responsibilities:

• Process all Life and/or A&H/Major claims requests received as per stipulated requirements
• Evaluate and gather all data for claim processes, prepare medical questionnaire and to review all status and ensure efficient adjustment in claim system.
• Ensure meeting individual quality, turnaround time and productivity benchmark
• Ensure accuracy with 100% quality
• Performs other responsibilities and duties periodically assigned by immediate manager in order to meet business requirements

Job Requirements:

• Open to Fresh Graduate, experienced Medical Claims Assessor, experienced candidate from Lab / Nursing.
• Education: Preferably Diploma/Bachelor’s Degree in Biology, Biotechnology, and Medical Science, Social Science, Business Management or equivalent
• Language: Spoken and written in Chinese and English, with strong written skills.
• Self-motivated and customer orientated.
• Time management skills.
• Computer literate in MS Office.
• Good commitment at work, good attitude, willing to learn
