About The Role:
The HR Operations team is spread across multiple countries. We enjoy a multicultural environment and tools like Teams are a day’s norm in communicating with our remote colleagues.
As part of the HR Systems & Projects team you will work closely with our colleagues that are responsible for the company HR systems. You will have ownership on different systems and projects that we run worldwide in RWS and you will have an important impact on the Business As Usual workflow in our department.
Requirements
- Good time management skills
- Practical experience with Microsoft Office suite. Strong Excel skills and ability to interrogate data to deliver insights to track business goals
- Experience of managing HR practises such as overtime, absence, reporting
- Work closely with technology partners to drive innovation and enhancement to current processes
- Problem solving skills
- High attention to details
- Excellent communication skills
- High level of English is a must!
