1. To assist the Head of Division in providing academic leadership in language and General Studies programmes;
2. To provide strategic planning in resources deployment for operation and sustainability of the area of study;
3. To steer and supervise the academic team for quality teaching and programme quality assurance;
4. To liaise with internal and external stakeholders to contribute for division-wide initiatives;
5. To explore and forge the school and professional network for programme development and discipline advancement;
6. To perform other duties assigned by supervisors

Requirements:

1. Applicants should possess a Master’s degree in a related discipline from a recognized tertiary institution;
2. At least 8 years’ working experience, of which 4 years’ relevant experience and, preferably with experience in programme management and external accreditation;
3. Demonstrable strong leadership and agility in an ever-changing environment; and
4. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills and proficient in written and spoken English and Chinese.
