Job Description
青岛市 市南区

岗位职责:

1.Monitor the ticket system, follow Helpdesk procedure to diagnose and respond in a timely, standardized, and customer service-oriented manner to user support requests. Escalate situations requiring urgent attention or additional assistance to ensure effective IT infrastructure to meet business needs;


2.Improve Helpdesk service and systems by providing assistance in researching, evaluating, and executing IT projects while maintaining and contributing in the specific technical area of responsibility (e.g., specific assigned systems, or processes within Helpdesk);

3.Handle the setup, configuration, and maintenance of office computers and related equipment including printers, wiring system, phones, etc. to maximize employee efficiency and minimize employee downtime;

4.Document issue resolution and recommend changes to procedures to reflect current state.


工作职责:

1.响应用户IT相关问题请求

2.参与并实施IT运维及开发相关项目

3. 负责台式机组装,打印机,网络电话,视频会议系统等日常维护

4. 总结并分享日常问题解决方案,提出内部改善计划


任职资格:

Minimum Requirements


1.Junior degree or above

2. Computer Science or IT related majors

3.Minimum 1 year working experience within IT (internship experience within IT is also acceptable)

4. Fundamental computer skills in Windows, MS office and other PC software, PC troubleshooting knowledge

5. Good customer service skills

6.Good communication skills

7. Good problem solving skills

8. Good English skills (verbal and written)

9.Good research ability from Internet


任职要求:

1.大专或以上文凭,计算机或IT相关专业

2. 1年以上IT相关工作经验

3. 熟悉基本计算机软硬件知识,Windows系统及Office系列软件操作

4. 掌握良好的客户服务技巧

5. 具备良好的中英文沟通能力
