Accountabilities
Operationally supports HR strategies
Delivers effective HR service which is customer-focused and business- related
Responsibilities
•Coordinates development and processing of HR documentation
•Ensures compliance with local labor laws through review of work contracts and status changes
•Coordinates and processes local payroll
•Ensures accurate and compliant pay and benefits administration and data collection from staff
•Maintains Workday and other HR systems
•Ensures current information is posted to HR Sharepoint
•Runs ongoing HR reports and organizes data to assist business in decision making
•Reviews and analyses pay data to resolve or escalate discrepancies as appropriate
•Facilitates communication between individuals and departments/business units
•Facilitates communication between Amgen/Contracted staff/ CW Vendors
•Supports HR Sr Associate in running and the implementation of the HR programs/projects
Qualifications
Minimum Requirements
University Degree: HR, Business or similar
min 3 years of experience in Human resources
Knowledge of local labour law, payroll & benefits, HR Operations, recruitment, performance and development management
Fluency in German and English, both in oral and written communication
Digital skills
Experience in multinational company
