We are currently seeking for an Associate, Human Resources to join our Shangri-La Academy team at the global headquarter in Hong Kong.
As an Associate, Human Resources we rely on you to:
- Liaise with various function heads, program facilitators and venue providers (where applicable)
- Maintain learning programs and records in the Learning Management System platform
- Coordinate programmes provided by the Shangri-La Academy
- Act as a first point of contact for and respond professionally to queries from all stakeholders, be the brand ambassador
- Process expenses claims and administrative support for all processes such as purchase requisitions
- Undertake any other related projects and initiatives according to business needs
We are looking for someone who:
- Preferably has a degree in Human Resources Management or related disciplines
- Has strong communication skills with excellent command of written and spoken English language
- Is willing and excited to explore the transformational world of learning
- Is outgoing and creative with great attention to detail
- Must be detailed focused
- Is a self- starter, goal- oriented and great team builder
